Develop Your Team
Four easy to understand team models are presented as you and your fellow players work together to create the best team for the given scenario. You are limited in how you can communicate and all the cards played are hidden, meaning you have to really work together to get the best result. At the end, score yourselves and compare to the ranking table to see how well you performed as a team. Then keep track so you can improve for the next time.

Got a large team? Compete against each other using multiple copies of the game, or play after one another. See how teams compare to each other to add a bit of competition to the cooperative play!

Explore Conflicts
Use the game as a tool to have each player depict themselves. How would this team score in the game? What strengths does it present? What are the pitfalls to watch out for? How might this relate to the current issues you are faced with as a team and what strategies might help you proceed?
